Joshua has been a natural salesperson since he was a kid. At 14, he sold $1,600 worth of flatbed equipment with no prior experience, when he was only expected to make $500. That ability to connect with people, earn trust, and help them find what they're happy with is exactly what he brings to real estate.

Relocating from El Paso, Texas nearly 10 years ago, Joshua now serves buyers and sellers across Metro Detroit. He's easy to work with, straightforward, and focused on building genuine relationships with his clients. He speaks English and Spanish, is learning Iraqi Arabic, and knows enough Mandarin to order food and ask for the bathroom.

Joshua lives at home with his mom, grandma, two brothers, and three dogs. When he's not helping clients, he's doing archery, bowling, playing tennis, golfing (though he admits he's not that good), or hitting the gym. And if you see him squinting on a sunny day, don't take it personally, he has light eyes and photo sensitivity.
