Gerardo came to The Perna Team with real estate experience already under his belt, having worked as a Realtor at Reinhart Realtors. That foundation, combined with the systems and support of a top-producing team, allows him to serve his clients with confidence and care.

A Washtenaw County native, Gerardo helps buyers and sellers throughout the Ann Arbor area and Metro Detroit. He's fluent in Spanish and takes pride in being approachable, considerate, and easy to work with, no matter where you are in your real estate journey.
