Brendan Geerts

Brendan is an active real estate investor who's in and out of two properties per week, owns and fully renovated a multifamily rental, and runs his own flooring company. That combination means he thinks like an investor, understands construction costs, and brings a business mindset to every transaction. A Metro Detroit native, Brendan graduated from Oakland University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing and Operations Management. He approaches real estate the same way he approaches business: with strategy, hustle, and a focus on results.

Brendan married his wife last year in Vegas, and together they have a son turning two and another baby on the way. He played college hockey at Oakland with his brother and still plays once a week. When he's not helping clients or on the ice, he's out in Colorado visiting his cousin and snowboarding Breckenridge.
