Brandon Cotsonika

Brandon is a licensed residential builder, certified InterNACHI home inspector, and owner of his own construction and remodeling company for the past 10 years. He's been in thousands of homes, done countless flips, and knows exactly what to look for when evaluating a property. That depth of experience gives his clients a serious advantage, whether they're buying, selling, or investing.

Growing up in Romeo and Utica, Brandon got into real estate through his family. His mom owns a property management company, and he spent years doing construction, remodeling, and managing rentals before making the move to help clients buy and sell. He's passionate about helping people find the right home for the next stage of their lives.

When he's not working with clients, Brandon is off-roading, working on cars, playing ice hockey, or competing in the Gambler 500, where he takes vehicles out on trails and cleans up trash along the way. He grew up on a horse farm showing horses all over the country. He lives with his girlfriend Malleri and their two cats.
